One of the many volunteers to serve you during our Sunday service is a platform assistant. At this time we are in need of assistants to serve once every month or so. Serving as a platform assistant I learn a skill that is challenging for me (and most people) and I feel good about serving in an area of need and providing a service to you. One thing I learned is that there are no Unity Police who will remove me when I make a mistake nor will I melt into the floor. In fact I find my mistakes quite humorous now. You (the congregation) are very encouraging and a pleasure to look at too. I feel I can take as long as I need to learn this skill. Each time I serve the easier it gets and I enjoy putting my personal touch to the service as a member of Unity in Action. Please consider serving in this worthwhile position.
